Zeal

Disingenuous
- Not sincere, esp. when you pretend to know less about something than you really do
E.g. It was disingenuous of him to claim he had no business in it.

Occlude
- To stop up or block; to prevent the passage of
E.g. During a solar eclipse, the moon passes between the earth and the sun, occluding the sun's rays and creating an unusual period of darkness.
