Vicissitude
- a change or variation, esp. sudden or unexpected change in one's life or surroundings
E.g. Experienced investors who are familiar with the vicissitudes of the stock market know not to panic when prices fall or overreact when prices rise; ordinary people like me got screwed up in life when vicissitudes are all over the place. SEX? No thanks. Life fucks me everyday.
Sovereignty
- complete power to govern a country
E.g. Become one with self-sovereignty at this time and you will receive the kingdom in the future.
- the state of being a country with freedom to govern itself
E.g. The declaration proclaimed the full sovereignty of the republic.
Auspicious
- showing signs that something is likely to be successful in the future
E.g. Before you set out for attaining success in an auspicious task, you're given the authority.
